Our Trip Plan is your trip’s detailed itinerary that outlines time and location of events, activities, receptions, excursions, etc. It also outlines payment schedules including dates when payments are due, and when refunds can be requested.
Your health insurance plan usually does not cover medical expenses you may incur while traveling in a foreign country. Travel insurance will provide that coverage as well as help you find the best medical facilities. Most plans provide medical evacuation should you need it. Note that it is important to look at your policy prior to purchasing it.
We have a special “Non-Player” rate for just that situation. While they won’t participate in the sporting components of the trip, your companion is welcome to join the group on all the inclusions (such as welcome receptions, meals, and excursions).
Airfare is not included in the package. We have found that most of our clients prefer to find their own air transportation to and from their origin city. Many are members of airline frequent flyer programs and prefer to fly on their respective partner carrier.
Airport/hotel transfers are generally included in our packages. Once you’ve made your reservation for your Sunset Sports Tours trip, you’ll receive a questionnaire form that asks you for your flight arrival and departure information. We arrange your transportation for your arrival and departure and will provide you with instructions on where and how to access those transfers.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your spot on the trip. Generally, full payment is due 45 days prior to your trip departure from your home to the destination. However, this could change based on the resort we’re staying at and the date you book your trip. Payment schedules are listed on the Trip Plan that you will review prior to booking your trip.
We try to work with each client should they have to cancel their trip. The refundable amounts are usually based on when the cancellation is made in relation to the departure date. These amounts are outlined on the Trip Plan that you’ll have prior to booking your trip.
You are responsible for bringing your personal gear such as racquets, sticks, goggles, etc. Of course, Sunset Sports Tours provides training aids, and the equipment used by the coaching staff.
